While we are not currently conducting our weekly tastings, we are offering tasting opportunities, which are reservation-only occasions. Please see our emails, social media pages and our Events page for upcoming tastings and to reserve your space.
We also encourage you to make your own tastings from our Wine Stations. We offer a frequently-changing selection of six red wines, a white wine and a dry rosé in our two stations. Simply purchase a prepaid card, then select the size pour you want (1 ounce, 2 ounce or five- ounce glass pour). This option is available any time we are open, and we offer Happy Hour in the Wine Stations from 4:30 until 6:00 PM each day with all pours half price.
We have some prepackaged snacks available; you are also welcome to bring in your own food or carry out to enjoy in our spacious rooms or deck.

Special Valentines Tasting

We have something special planned for this week, since Friday is in fact Valentines Day! We will taste two each of Sparkling Wine, Roses’ and Dessert Wines. We will also have at least a couple of special red wines in the Wine Station for those that are not feeling romantic the same way that we are. Not sure who will be Chef this night, but I can assure you that Chef Jan will have some great sweets and there will be Chocolate in some form. Start your celebration with your friends at Water Tower Fine Wines. Please do not consider this as exclusionary, not everyone is or wants to be part of a couple, we will be happy to see you regardless
